NOMINATION PAPERS
Nomination papers will be available beginning January 8, 2009 and must be filed on or before February 17, 2009 by 4:00PM. You must be a U.S. citizen, state resident, at least 18 years of age, be a registered voter of Poland and have resided in the town for at least one (1) year. FMI ask at the front counter at the Town Office or call 998-4601.

2 positions term April 3, 2009 thru June 30, 2009
Library Trustee
1 position for 3 years
Budget Committee Member
4 positions to serve staggered terms of two, and three years (two candidates for each
term). The two candidates receiving the highest vote totals will serve (3) years, the
candidates receiving the third and fourth highest vote totals will serve two (2) years. In
case of a tie, those involved will draw lots to see which candidate(s) win(s) which
positions.
