Our company is conducting an equalization (revaluation) program for the Town of Poland, Maine. One of our responsibilities is to go to each property in Poland. When we are at a property we ask to perform an exterior inspection of the buildings. We generally take one or more digital pictures of the structures. We will conduct interior inspections when requested by the property owner.
Our policy is to notify local law enforcement authorities that we will be in Town. We want everyone to know about our presence in Poland and our reason for being there.
Each employee will have an identification badge, an identification letter on Town letterhead, or both.
The table below lists each employee, their vehicle registration, and a description of their vehicle. If there is anything else you would like us to provide, or anyone else you suggest we contact, please call me at the phone number on the letterhead.
